Having recently joined the GRE Assets team and with a wealth of industry experience, Sherif Aboshama is the Head of Sales (Middle East). He is responsible for sales operations, investor services and developing effective sales policies, as well as leading the Riyadh sales team.

Sherif is currently working on overseeing the sales of the Brighton Marina project, Nene Wharf at Fletton Quays in Peterborough and Brises Diagonal Mar in Barcelona.

In our latest ‘Three Questions with’ interview, Sherif explains what experience he brings to his role, what he enjoys most about working at GRE Assets and his aspirations for the future.

 

What experience will you bring to your role?

​​I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration in 1997 from Ain Shams University in Egypt. I worked in the field of research and marketing studies for three years, before moving into the real estate sector, where I have worked for the past 20 years. I have experience working for a number of large real estate companies across projects in Egypt, Dubai and Saudi Arabia. I have also led several professional sales teams with whom I achieved many successes on a professional level.

Now as Head of Sales (Middle East) at GRE Assets, I will utilise my experience in order to play a strong and effective role in achieving the company’s major goals.

 

What do you enjoy most about your role?

The nature of work in the field of real estate sales has a special appeal, as it is so diverse. It is great that one of the most important responsibilities is achieving the best service for investors and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Also, leading a professional team, implementing sales plans and achieving personal goals, is what really makes me feel fulfilled. I am also involved in achieving the company’s wider strategic goals, which makes me very happy to be part of a professional team within GRE Assets.

 

What do you hope to achieve at GRE Assets and what are your aspirations for the future?

Serious commitment, diligence in work, and determination to succeed are among the most important factors that lead to success. I’m looking forward to being a strong addition to GRE Assets that contribute to achieving the company’s grand vision. In order to reach the highest levels of professionalism at international sales leadership, you must acquire all new experiences and learn all that is modern in the real estate industry.

I aspire to increase the value of investment from investors in the Middle East to GRE Assets projects and ensure that the office in Saudi Arabia represents a major strength for the company.
