Alex Britez joined the GRE Assets team in August 2021 as Head of Sales & Operations. He will be responsible for implementing and developing the sales process for all current and future projects.

With a degree in BSc Business Management from Royal Holloway, University of London and a strong sales background, Alex brings a wealth of experience to his new role. In his free time, he volunteers for several charities including fundraising for Clicsargent and taking part in the annual Calling London coat drive.

In this interview, Alex shares more about his career history, his role as Head of Sales & Operations and what he is most looking forward to at GRE Assets.

What experience will you bring to your role?

I have a strong background in all aspects of property spanning over a career of over 17 years.  I have worked for both major corporate firms as well as smaller bespoke companies. I have overseen many residential and larger scale projects, which will be a great experience for my new role at GRE Assets. One of my key projects was Thornton Place, London SW4 where I supervised the lettings and block management of the project post completion then forward onto the eventual sale.

What does your role at GRE Assets involve? What projects will you be working on?

At GRE Assets, I will be responsible for sales and operations, which will involve implementing and developing the sales process for all current and future projects. As well as structuring and streamlining our operations related to the sale, lettings, and management of all our projects.

Initially, my focus will be on our projects at Riverside Park in Ashford and Brighton Marina, but we also have some exciting projects in the pipeline.

What are you most looking forward to at GRE Assets?

I’m looking forward to working with the diverse and experienced team here at GRE Assets and having the opportunity to make a positive impact.

The scope, variation and ultimately the impact that operations have on how the company functions and performs is extremely important. There will never be a stage we get to and think we are finished, we have the continual aim of improvement in all our operational areas. A consistent and streamlined sales process that is reinforced by a reliable, sustainable, and importantly transferable operations network.
