On Saturday, 3 July, we welcomed house hunters and property investors to our first event of the year at Riverside Park in Ashford, Kent. It was an opportunity for guests to book one-to-one tours of the show home apartments and townhouses.

One of Kent’s most connected and stylish developments, Riverside Park will encompass 246 apartments, 26 townhouses and a new public realm once complete. Following the successful completion of the first and second phases of the project in 2019 and 2020, construction of the third phase is underway.

Below, we have compiled an update on our recent event, as well as the latest information you need to know about Riverside Park.

Summer event – Saturday, 3 July

We hosted a summer event on one of Riverside Park’s rooftop terraces and the event was by appointment only and adhered to Covid-19 restrictions.

As well as having the opportunity to experience the stunning riverside properties in person, guests interested in making an offer on a new apartment or townhouse could benefit from exclusive incentives such as deposit contributions and furniture vouchers. Award-winning Biddenden Vineyards also provided complimentary locally-produced refreshments.

Comment from our Senior Operations Manager

Andrew Topping, Senior Operations Manager at GRE Assets, said: “We have missed hosting events like this, so it was fantastic to welcome people to Riverside Park again, and the event received a good turnout. We’ve received some great feedback from those who attended, interest has been strong, particularly in the townhouses.

“We are extremely proud of this project – a lot of thought has gone into how it will suit modern living, and with buyer demands having experienced a shift over the past 18 months, it’s great to see such a positive response to the development. Now, we can’t wait to welcome our newest residents to Riverside Park.”

What do the properties have to offer?

Riverside Park is ideally situated close to the bustling town centre and fast rail links to the capital, with London St Pancras just 38 minutes away. Equally, every apartment has access to outdoor space in the form of a balcony, some of which offer views of Victoria Park and the river.  Residents also have access to a communal rooftop terrace.

Each home has been designed in a contemporary, open plan living style, which can be adapted to suit residents’ needs. This flexible layout, combined with the provision of Hyperoptic broadband, which has residents connected to high speed internet in minutes, means the properties are perfect for those wishing to work from home.
